# پیام های سفارش

پیام های سفارش

وقتی مجبورید با استفاده از رابط پرستاشاپ برای مشتریان خود پیام ارسال کنید (از صفحه سفارش)، میتوانید این پیام را در ذخیره کنید تا در برای در صورتی که مشتریان دیگر سوال ، نظر یا نگرانی مشابه داشتند این پیام را ارسال کنید.

برای این کار به صفحه "سفارش پیام ها" در زیر منوی "خدمات مشتری" بروید. یک پیام پیش فرض قبلاً ذخیره شده است: "تأخیر".

**افزودن پیام سفارش جدید**

برای افزودن پیام از پیش تعریف شده ی دیگری، بر روی دکمه "افزودن پیام سفارش جدید" کلیک کنید. همچنین می توانید پیام پیش فرض را ویرایش کنید.

این فرم دو مورد ضروری دارد:

* **نام:** برای پیام خود یک اسم توصیفی بگذارید تا بعداً بتوانید به راحتی آن را دوباره پیدا کنید.
* **پیام:** محتوایی را که می خواهید برای مشتریان خود ارسال کنید بنویسید.

بعد از وارد کردن موارد، بر روی گزینه ذخیره کلیک کنید.

میتوانید هر تعداد پیامی که نیاز دارید تولید کنید.

**ارسال پیام به یک مشتری**

هنگامی که پیامهای از پیش نوشته شده تنظیم شد، میتوانید با مراجعه مستقیم به سفارش مشتری، آنها را ارسال کنید:

1. پیام از پیش تعریف شده را انتخاب کنید.
2. در صورت نیاز آن را ویرایش کنید تا متناسب با سفارش یا مشتری تنظیم شود.
3. گزینه "نمایش به مشتری؟" را فعال کنید.
4. ذخیره پیام را بزنید.

مشتری شما پیام را در آدرس ایمیل مرتبط با این حساب دریافت می کند. برای پیگیری مراحل تبدیل ، به صفحه "خدمات مشتری" در منوی "مشتریان" بروید.
