**مدیریت تخفیف ها**

تخفیف ها و کوپن ها نقش مهمی در روابط شما با مشتریان تان در طول روز دارد. معمولا مشتریان به دو چیز در هنگام خرید علاقه مند هستند:

* احساس خاص و منحصربه فرد داشتن.
* قیمتهای مناسب داشتن.

هر دوی این ها با سفارشی کردن تخفیفات حاصل می شود و این دقیقا جاییست که کوپن ها یا به صورت دقیق تر، همان قوانین قیمت گذاری ایفای نقش می کنند.

"قوانین قیمت" میتوانند به دو حالت باشند:

* **قوانین سبدخرید**. شما را قادر میسازد تا برای هر مشتری کد کوپن و یا بسیار بیشتر ایجاد کنید.
* قوانین قیمت کاتالوگ. شمارا قادر میسازد تا قیمت ها را با استفاده از کاتالوگ، برند، فراهم کننده، ترکیبات ویا ویژگی ها کاهش دهید.

به عنوان مثال، میتوانید قانونی تعریف کنید تا برای مشتریان اسپانیایی که در گروه "مشتریان خوب" قرار دارند 10% تخفیف در شاخه محصولات الکترونیکی و همه محصولات سونی برای هفته اول جولای در نظر بگیرد.
