The module itself does not have any configuration, it can only be enabled or disabled upon downloading it, when the module is enabled, cash on delivery payment option will appear in the checkout.
Also when activated it appears as an active payment method in Payment -> Payment Methods, Preferences, and can be either enabled or disabled from there.
