Business rule description

This business rules correspond to this part of the sheet-pricing :

BR 1 - To avoid some problems of precisions in the cart the rules to apply is to round each data wich is displayed in the cart and to go one the calcul on the rounding value.

BR 2 - The number of digit taking into account in th this rounding value is depending on this one defined in the BO

Add a tab when changing the currency in the FO the Car has to be recalculate because the precision of display could be different
