Behavior descriptions

Title of Merchandise returns section behavior

Title includes the title and the total number of available entries - those are displayed in brackets.

Sorting behavior

There are ID, Order ID, Status and Data issued arrangement column titles on the top row of the table. Once those column arrangement (upwards or downwards) triangles are clicked, the table column will arrange the information using the A-Z and 1-9 scheme, then Z-A and 9-1 method will be shown on second click.

• ID - unique identification of the entry. Arrange the list by ID.

• Order ID - The numeric value, describing the exact Order, from where the Return will be executed.

• Status - entry status description text. Arrange the list by the Status.

• Date issued - arranges the Merchandise Return entries from newest to oldest or vice versa.

Multistore (if separate shop is showed) behavior

This is toggle switch from the Forms switch story UI kit family. This feature is shown only when the separate Multistore is switched and shown in the UI.

ID input behavior

This is input (Forms normal UI kit) to enter the unique numeric value, describing the ID for each Return.

Order ID input behavior

This is input (Forms normal UI kit) to enter the unique numeric value, describing the exact Order, from where the Return will be executed.

Status input behavior

This is input (Forms normal UI kit) to enter the alphabetic value, describing the Return status. Statuses can be created separately in PrestaShop.

Date issued inputs behavior

There are inputs (Forms normal UI kit) to enter date widget, where the From and To date stamps can be configured. Once clicked on From or To inputs, opens popup with calendar to choose beginning and end dates. By default todays day is marked in each calendar.

Search button behavior

This is CTA button with search icon (Buttons with icons UI kit). Once clicked it executes the searching action after the fields are set. When hover mouse pointer on it, buttons color changes.

Reset button behavior

Once the Search has been executed, the return page shows the Reset button. It is CTA button with rubber icon (Buttons with icons UI kit). Clicking this button removes the filtering function from the table. When hover mouse pointer on it, buttons color changes.

Merchandise returns list behavior

Merchandise returns list shows all returns which were created by customers. Once clicked the specific Return row, opens this Return add/edit page. Merchandise returns list has these elements:

• ID - unique return ID number.

• Order ID - unique order ID number, from where the Return will be executed.

• Status - return status.

• Date issued - date of return creation.

Title of Merchandise return (RMA) options section behavior

Title includes the title and settings icon.

Enable returns toggle switch behavior

This is toggle switch (Forms switch story UI kit), where Enabling or Disabling the Returns can be set. When enabled Returns will be available for the customers of the shop from their My Account page.

Time limit of validity input behavior

This is input field (Forms normal UI kit), where customers can fill the numeric value, how many days after the delivery date does the customer have to return a product. By default the numeric value is set to 14.

Returns prefix input behavior

This is input field (Forms normal UI kit) for specific alphabetic value, where prefix can be used for a return name in generated PDF. The prefix can be set for each different language in Prestashop.

Multistores functionality

This page is Multistores dependent page.

Merchandise Returns functionality is separately maintained by each separate multistore shop. It can be Enabled or Disabled in different multistores. It means, that all the Merchandise Returns and Orders are managed separately in each multistore, by switching the Multistore Switcher to the appropriate shop. All Shops view context is also available, it is comfortable to see all the Settings and Merchandise Returns in one list from all the shops.
