Behavior descriptions
Title of Email list section behavior
Title includes the title and the total number of available entries - those are displayed in brackets.
Settings icon behavior
Settings icon in the corner - top-right position of the section. This icon has a short rotation animation once clicked. Clicking on this icon, leads to dropdown block:
Erase all - the link with delete icon. It shows popup with question Are you sure? and OK button (Buttons basics UI kit) and Cancel button (Buttons outline UI kit). When clicked Cancel button - cancels emails erasing and close popup. When clicked OK - erase all emails from the list.
Refresh list - the link with the rotation style icon. It refreshes the whole page.
Show SQL query - the link with double left-right arrows. It prompts the SQL query popup.
Export to SQL Manager - the link with server icon. It redirects to PrestaShop SQL Manager page.
ID input behavior
This is input (Forms normal UI kit) to enter the unique numeric value, describing the each sent email.
Recipient input behavior
This is input (Forms normal UI kit) to enter the recipient email address, to whom the letter was sent.
Template input behavior
This is input (Forms normal UI kit) to enter the template of sent emails.
Language dropdown behavior
This is dropdown (Dropdowns basics UI kit) to choose language of sent emails.
Subject input behavior
This is input (Forms normal UI kit) to enter the subject of sent emails.
Sent inputs behavior
There are inputs (Forms normal UI kit) to enter date widget, where the From and To date stamps can be configured. Once clicked on inputs, opens popup with calendar to choose dates and todays day marked in calendar. Also, once clicked input, todays date is entered in input.
Search button behavior
This is CTA button with search icon (Buttons with icons UI kit). Once clicked it executes the searching action after the fields are set. When hover mouse pointer on it, buttons color changes.
Reset button behavior
Once the Search has been executed, the return page shows the Reset button. It is transparent CTA button with X icon (Buttons transparent UI kit). Clicking this button removes the filtering function from the table. When hover mouse pointer on it, buttons title become underlined.
Emails list behavior
Emails list shows all sent emails. Emails list has these elements:
ID - unique email ID number.
Recipient - recipient email address.
Template - the template of sent email.
Language - language of sent email.
Subject - subject of sent email.
Sent - date and time when email was sent.
Delete icon behavior
Once clicked Delete icon opens popup with title Delete selection, X icon and question: Are you sure you want to delete the selected item(s)? There are two buttons under question:
Cancel - it is outlined CTA button (Buttons outline UI kit), once clicked cancels deletion and closes popup. When hover mouse pointer on it, buttons color changes.
Delete - a red color CTA button (Buttons basics UI kit) that deletes the desired entry. Delete confirmation The selection has been successfully deleted. appears right after clicking the Delete, and a popup closes. When hover mouse pointer on it, buttons color changes.
Bulk actions dropdown behavior
Bulk action dropdown is disabled by default, once there is an Order message element selected, Bulk actions become enabled. The only action is Delete action, by clicking Delete selected dropdown. After clicking Delete, the pop-up with confirmation text will appear named Delete selection Are you sure you want to delete the selected item(s)?, Close icon and two buttons:

Send emails to dropdown behavior
This is a dropdown (Dropdowns basics UI kit) that contains the following options:

There are 3 options with radio buttons (Forms radio buttons UI kit) below the first field. Only one of them can be selected :
Use /usr/sbin/sendmail (recommended; works in most cases), by default this option selected.
Set my own SMTP parameters (for advanced users ONLY), when selected, 6 additional fields below appear:
Never send emails (may be useful for testing purposes)
There are 3 options with radio buttons (Forms radio buttons UI kit) that are listed below, only 1 can be selected:
Send email in HTML format

Both (selected by default).
Email domain name input behavior
This is input field (Forms helper UI kit) to enter email domain name.
SMTP server input behavior
This is input field (Forms helper UI kit) to enter smtp server.
SMTP username input behavior
This is input field (Forms helper UI kit) to enter smtp username.
SMTP password input behavior
This is input field (Forms normal UI kit) to enter smtp password. When saved the entered password disappears for security purposes.
Encryption dropdown behavior
This is dropdown (Dropdowns basics UI kit) to choose encryption type with options:

Port input behavior
This is input field (Forms helper UI kit) to enter port number to use.
Log emails toggle switch behavior
This is toggle switch (Forms switch story UI kit) to choose if emails will be logged or not.
Blue alert notification behavior
This is info alert notification (Alerts basics UI kit) with message: Fill in the fields below to set up DKIM signing of outgoing emails. This will reduce the likelihood of your emails being marked as spam. You can get the data below from your server administrator or generate it yourself by using one of the freely available tools, such as dkimcore.org. Also, make sure that your server is registered as an authorized sender in your SPF record.
DKIM signing toggle switch behavior
This is toggle switch (Forms switch story UI kit) to choose if DKIM signing will be enabled or disabled.

Send a test email to input behavior
This is input (Forms normal UI kit) to enter email address to test email sending.
Send a test email button behavior
Send a test email is CTA button with letter icon (Buttons with icons UI kit). When hover mouse pointer on it, buttons color changes.
When entered test email and clicked button, if the SMTP is not setup correctly, will show the error: Error: Please check your configuration Connection could not be established with host smtp. :stream_socket_client(): php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Temporary failure in name resolution
When entered test email and clicked button, if the SMTP is setup correctly, the test email will be sent to the address that was in input and this message will be shown: A test email has been sent to the email address you provided.
